IT is of strategic importance for Riwal. We are implementing a global ERP system and the Board has the ambition to become a digital frontrunner in the industry. Several initiatives are running to make this happen. You can imagine that IT Security is hereby one of the drivers we are focusing on. As we are at the starting point of all of this, this opportunity within Riwal is an amazing one. You have a lot of options to control the whole!
We are looking for a hands-on IT Security Specialist with at least 3 years of (international) experience with a Bachelor education degree in IT Security (e.g. CISSP, CISM, GISF). Communication will take place in English, so we are looking a strong communicative person, verbal and written. Local language and other European languages are preferred.
As an IT Security Specialist, you are responsible for defining, implementing and executing the IT Security Roadmap performing a wide variety of tasks. To exceed in this role, you have the responsibility to manage your own workload and identify and implement changes to improve own efficiency.
- The wide variety contains, amongst other activities, the following interesting items:
- Define the IT Security Roadmap, including the controls and the metrices, based on the ISO standards
- Implement the results of the Roadmap, like tooling and solutions
- Ensure proper monitoring and reporting
- Create and stimulate the security awareness in the company
- Ensure a Cyber Risk Insurance
- Select and implement tools and solutions
- Act as single point of contact person towards our vendors
All the above to create and maintain an organization that is secure by design.
REMUNERATION AND PERSPECTIVE
The remuneration package for this position includes a fixed salary and an attractive bonus scheme. The average bonus in the past three years was 15% of the gross annual salary including holiday allowance. No rights can be derived from this regulation.
We also offer a defined premium pension plan with Nationale Nederlanden with only 1% personal contribution. In addition, you have 29 days holiday per year and the possibility to participate in our group health insurance with ONVZ, with a discount on basic insurance and additional packages.
